Our Leadership Team
At CRC we believe in the Ephesians 4 model of leadership, one that encompasses the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher.
Ryan and Arianna Chadwick
Ryan and Arianna have committed their lives to leading people to a greater level of intimacy with God through worship. After spending four years mentoring and training with Paul and Linda Mackie, God has made it very clear that they have been called to be leaders. As of November 17th 2012 they have also said yes to the apostolic mantle of leadership at CRC, and are eagerly looking to the future and the things that Papa has hidden away for His kids to find.
Rich and Patti Robertson
Rich and Patti Robertson have been pastoring churches since 2004 when they planted Eagle’s Wings Church in Battle Ground, WA. They have also been heavily involved in prison ministry in 3 different states since 2001.
In 2005 they merged their church with Wellspring Foursquare Church in Battle Ground, WA. They became Senior Pastors of Grace Foursquare Church in Portland, OR in 2007.
In October of 2008 they resigned from Foursquare and joined Paul and Linda Mackie as they began City of Refuge Community.
They currently are the five-fold Pastors at CRC, and both lead Kingdom Ministries into the Oregon prisons.

Paul and Linda Mackie
City of Refuge Community was publically launched in October 2008 in answer to the call and vision of King Jesus as given to Paul & Linda May Mackie in October 2007 to come back to Portland, OR and start a spiritual community that had several unique kingdom distinctives:
• It would be formed and defined as a Community not a Church - this empowered everyone to participate in its formation and culture
• It would be lead by a 5-Fold Leadership Team - this called everyone up to their highest potential and destiny
• It would be based on honoring relationships and valuing the least among us - this invited us to qualify and equip everyone to lead some-thing at some-level
• It would be proactive to Pass an Inheritance to the next generation of leaders - this positioned us to live generously and believe in the goodness of God for today
It is with great joy that we report after 4 years of Senior Leadership at CRC, we have identified the next generation of leaders and are transferring the Kingdom Inheritance we have pioneered and are releasing the Senior Leadership into their hands effective November 2012. Paul & Linda May will remain active as advisors to the new Senior Leadership Team as well as retain their ministry to equip emerging leaders at CRC.
Mark and Lois Wooldridge
Mark and Lois Wooldridge, the “newlyweds” at CRC lead the Prophetic and Intercessory Prayer ministries. God has joined us together with complimenting gifts and talents. Mark is a prophet, musician and teacher. Lois is a worshipper and a gardener. Together we enjoy intimacy with Papa and as a result our home is a place of His Presence. We love to see people grow in their relationship with Papa, and as a result release their gifts.
We have four beautiful daughters and eight grandchildren. Mark works in construction and Lois is in the “eye” business. We also enjoy traveling & hiking with our dog, reading, and movies.
